This King of Peace Ministry provides opportunities to use
our resources in support of the community-at-large. Everyone is welcome to
participate in H.O.T. projects, whether you're an "official" team
member, or not.

The entire month of May is Smile Train Month – A very special fundraiser for the Human Outreach Team. Get on board The Smile Train Today! For as little as $250, a poor child born with a cleft can receive not just a new smile, but a second chance at life. Now, imagine all the hundreds of lives we can change by working together.

the Team
The Human Outreach Team provides an opportunity for KOP members and friends to look beyond the confines of the Church and meet the needs of people with special challenges in our community and around the world.
Here’s a few of the ways we help make a difference:
- Provide hot meals to the homeless (St. Vincent de Paul Center for Hope)
- HOT HERO’s – “H”ands “E”mpowered to “R”each “O”thers program provides assistance to correct code violations and housing challenges of personal residences in our Church family and targeted neighborhoods.
- Collect funds to surgically correct cleft pallets for children (Smile Train Program). Click here to learn more.
- Share Program – a not for profit organization that builds and strengthens community through volunteer services and food distribution.
- Thanksgiving Dinner cooked for those with special challenges.
- Christmas Dinner and Gift Program (Location for 2007 to be announced soon).
